Our client needed a brand identity that mirrored their business ethos and resonated with their distinct target audience

When it came to bringing Voltaire’s ethos to life, our journey began with the creation of a brand identity that’s as distinct as it is dynamic. We crafted a logo that catches the eye to a color scheme that speaks volumes and typography that tells a story.

Digital presence

Following the creation of a brand identity, our next step was to translate this into an engaging digital presence. We focused on creating an online shopping experience that not only reflected the brand’s visual and ethical distinctiveness but also optimized user engagement and conversion rates.

We implemented a clean, user-friendly interface that allows customers to navigate effortlessly through product categories and information. The website's architecture was planned to ensure that users could find what they were looking for in just a few clicks, thereby reducing bounce rates and increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Result

After our project Voltaire experienced increased customer engagement, a boost in sales, and a stronger brand presence in the market.

Within the first quarter following the launch of the new webshop, Voltaire experienced a substantial increase in sales. The improved user interface and enhanced shopping experience, resulted in increase in conversion rates. This boost in sales directly reflects the effectiveness of the webshop in appealing to the target audience and facilitating a smoother buying journey.

The responsive nature of the webshop, coupled with its user-friendly layout, opened up Voltaire's market to a wider audience. By optimizing the site for mobile devices, we captured a significant portion of consumers who prefer shopping on their phones or tablets.

Post-launch, the feedback from customers was overwhelmingly positive. Shoppers appreciated the aesthetic alignment of the webshop with the brand’s identity and the ease of use of the platform. This positive reception not only bolstered brand loyalty but also attracted new customers through word-of-mouth and social media endorsements.

After the project

After successfully launching Voltaire’s webshop, our collaboration continued, underpinned by the belief that there is always room for further growth and innovation. During our post-launch analysis and market research, we identified a significant opportunity in the luxury watch market. Our findings highlighted a gap in the market for an innovative service model that could disrupt traditional sales and ownership structures.

To capitalize on this opportunity, we facilitated Voltaire's application for Business Finland’s Innovation Voucher. This funding was instrumental in allowing us to delve deeper into market research and validate our business hypothesis.

Based on our research and funding support, we developed a pioneering service for short and long-term leasing of luxury watches. This service was designed to cater to a growing consumer interest in flexible ownership models, aligned with trends toward sustainability and changing attitudes towards luxury consumption.

To make this service accessible and scalable, we designed dedicated mobile application prototype. This application serves as the platform through which customers can browse, lease, and manage their luxury watches conveniently from their smartphones.
